Consider SouthPark if: you want a South Charlotte location without going as far south as Ballantyne.

Ballantyne: For South Charlotte Convenience

Ballantyne sits in far South Charlotte near the South Carolina border.

For years, many people associated it primarily with the Ballantyne Corporate Park. That's changing as redevelopment brings additional residential, dining, retail, hotel, green space and entertainment uses to the area.

Ballantyne also provides access to I-485, which is an important transportation corridor around Charlotte.

Weddington: For Buyers Looking Beyond Mecklenburg County

Weddington is in Union County, southeast of Charlotte.

This is where many Charlotte searches start to look different.
